Kelly Hardeman
Kelly Hardeman is Managing Director & Head of Investor Relations at 645 Ventures, where she leads the firm’s capital raising efforts, investor communications and investor relationship management. Kelly joined 645 in 2023 and brings over 15 years of investor relations experience.
Kelly began her career at Morgan Stanley within their Private Equity group, before leading investor reporting at Pegasus Capital Advisors, and then joining the investor relations team at Insight Partners. Most recently, Kelly led North American fundraising at Jerusalem Venture Partners, prior to joining 645. She is a lifelong New Yorker who just can’t quit NYC. In her free time, Kelly can be found traveling the world, at sporting events, or spending time with her friends and family. She is an avid movie buff, loves exploring new restaurants, and she tries to make space in her NYC apartment for her love of art and for her Comic-Con collectibles.
Kelly graduated from NYU with a BA in Mathematics.
